Zline is Hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator Near Reno, NV
Responsibilities
- Provide user support with tickets and requests.
- Process automation with Salesforce Flow.
- User account management, permissions, and role assignments.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Assist with user training and documentation.
- Assists with platform maintenance and feature updates.
- Ensures data integrity through regular maintenance and data cleanup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with git for version control.
- Experience with CRM platforms and functionality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
